SPICY CHICKEN STRIPS Chicken Tenders marinated in a blend of hot mouth-watering spices, crispy fried & served with a sweet pepper jelly. CARIBBEAN HOTS Strips of Kingfish marinated in hot regional spices & crispy fried, with a tropical pineapple sauce. CHOICE OF ONE ENTREE
CATCH OF THE DAY Traditionally seasoned filet of fish panfried, charbroiled, blackened or steamed. BROILED PEPPER CHICKEN Half spring chicken marinated in garlic, lime and bonny peppers charbroiled & served with a sweet pepper jelly. CURRY LAMB Barbados Black Belly lamb shoulders & shanks simmered in a house curry mixture & served with a stewed seasonal fruit chutney. SEAFOOD FETTUCINI Fettuccini Pasta, mixed seasonal fish, shrimp and julienne vegetables sauteed in a cream sauce and sprinkled with shaved parmesan cheese.
